Never Let A Missed Call Become A Missed Opportunity

Who We Are

MILMAR Solutions is a Texas-based, veteran-owned company founded by two former U.S. Navy submarine communicators who now work professionally in the technology sector. We served together aboard the same submarine as Radiomen and IT specialists, where reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail were essential to daily operations. Those standards continue to shape how we approach every system we build and every service we provide.

After transitioning into civilian careers as Linux system administrators, we began exploring ways to apply modern technology in a practical way for small businesses. In both research and real-world observation, we noticed that while larger companies often maintain structured call coverage during high call volume or after hours, many smaller businesses still rely on voicemail alone. In many cases, potential customers who reach voicemail simply move on to another provider.

We created MILMAR Solutions to provide a structured alternative — a professional, technology-enabled way for businesses to acknowledge incoming calls, capture caller details, and follow up on their own terms. Our goal is not to replace the business owner’s interaction with customers, but to ensure that when calls cannot be answered immediately, the opportunity to connect is not lost.

Julian serves as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing system architecture, technical implementation, and ongoing reliability. Brian serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, leading client communication, business development, and operational planning. We remain actively involved in every aspect of the service and operate with a deliberate, detail-oriented approach shaped by our technical backgrounds and military experience.

As a veteran-owned and Texas-based company, we value professionalism, dependability, and straightforward communication. Our focus is on building systems that work consistently and supporting businesses in a way that is practical, clear, and easy to integrate into their existing operations.
